QuantSignals — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the QuantSignals mobile apps — including Spread, KATY, Gurus, Scar, Flow Voice and SuperDeck — and the QuantSignals websites and APIs at quantsignals.xyz and research.quantsignals.xyz ("the services"). It explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we collect

• Account details. The apps require an account. When you sign up we store your email address and an account identifier. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Discord, we receive an identifier and your email from that provider — including Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide your email. We never receive your password from those providers. Accounts are held in our authentication database (Supabase).
• Subscription status. If you subscribe, we store what you are entitled to and when it expires. Payments are taken by Apple, Google or our web payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
• What you ask the service for. Requests to our API carry the information needed to answer them — for example the ticker symbol you are looking at, or a request to run an analysis. Our servers keep ordinary technical logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) to operate and secure the service.
• Content you create. Where an app lets you write something — a journal entry, a chat message in a room — we store it so we can show it back to you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not show third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location unless an app asks you for that permission for a feature you have chosen to use, and we say so at the time.

On your device

The apps keep your sign-in session and a small cache of recently viewed data in the app's own private storage, so the app opens quickly and keeps working when the network does not. This stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or sign out.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — accounts, authentication and application data storage.
• Apple, Google and Discord — only if you choose to sign in with them.
• Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat — subscription purchases and entitlement status.
• Sentry — crash and error diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack traces). This is used to fix faults, never to profile you.
• AI model providers — where an app generates a written analysis, the prompt for it is sent to a model provider. The apps that do this name the provider in-app before anything is sent.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your account from inside every app — open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and the data attached to it. You can also email henry@quantsignals.xyz and we will do it for you. Ordinary server logs age out on their own retention schedule, and financial records kept for tax and accounting law are retained as that law requires.

Children

The services are financial tools for adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Everything the services produce — signals, spreads, AI-written analysis — is information, not a recommendation, and not financial advice. Trading options involves risk of loss.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
